Postage, Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

We ship to most countries and our shipping charges are as follows:

  • UK and CHANNEL ISLANDS (Jersey and Guernsey)
  • Seven (Working) Day Delivery – Monday to Friday
  • £5.50 per consignment up to 10 kg

The deadline for us to guarantee 48 hour working day delivery is 11.00am.
Parcels are delivered between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and require a signature.

EUROPE:

  • Seven (Working) Day Delivery – Monday to Friday
  • £18 per consignment up to 10 kg

(Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey)

OTHER TERRITORIES:

  • 10 (Working) Day Delivery – Monday to Friday
  • Australia - £14 per consignment up to 2kg
  • Canada - £14 per consignment up to 2kg
  • USA - £18 per consignment up to 2kg 

CUSTOMS AND EXCISE:

Any duties or taxes imposed on the purchase/s via www.BOBbyDOP.com are the responsibility of the recipient, and the delivery may be affected by delays caused by Customs and Excise. BOB Boutique Ltd cannot offer any assistance in these processes given they are outside of our control.  

BOB RETURNS:

We’d love you to be 100% happy with your purchase from www.BOBbyDOP.com, but if you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item/s within 14 days for a full refund or exchange/credit on goods to either of the address below:

Once the returns order is received we will then check the condition of items – see paragraph below - and process a refund. Depending on the payment method, it can take up to six working for the refund to appear in your bank account. Please note that shipping costs and import fees are not refundable.

CONDITION:

BOB is a small and growing business so receiving returned items promptly and in perfect condition is really important to us. Please make sure your returned goods are unused and in the original condition.

When you try on the item for the first time, please try items on with care. If you decide to return something, please ensure that the item/s are:


- clean (no stains such as deodorant, perfume or make-up)
- unworn
- unwashed

Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.

We pay close attention the the quality of our vintage before we send it out. So if items are returned in worse condition, we will flag it up with you to find out what happened.

Please also include a copy of the invoice, clothing labels and packaging as received.

REFUND TIME PERIOD:

No refund can be given if goods are returned more than 14 days after invoice date. We regret we are unable to give refunds for postage on incorrect purchases. If the return is delivered after 14 working days we will issue a credit amount at our discretion.

RECORDED RETURNS:

Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of items as we cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit. We therefore recommend that you return items using an insured, trackable method such as recorded delivery that will need to be signed for by us on arrival.

On lesser value items you should obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when you send the items back to us. No charge is made by the post office for this service. If the returned item appears to be damaged we will get in touch with photo of the damage so that you can contact your shipping / courier provided.

EXCHANGES:

At the present moment we are unable to offer exchanges but we are able to issue you a credit note so that you can place another order. Simply email us at info@bobbydop.com.

BOB GIFT CARDS 

  • BOB Gift Cards ordered via our website – BOBbyDOP.com will be delivered automatically via the specified email address and contain a unique voucher code.
  • All BOB Gift Cards are only redeemable via our website, as full or part payment of items from the website and exclude any physical store such as a temporary POP UP shop.  It is not possible for a BOB Gift Card to be used to purchase a further Gift Card.
  • When ordering a BOB Gift Card, please ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly.  We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Card.
  • Site offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers.
  • All BOB Gift Certificates are dated and expire 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
  • Gift Certificates may only be redeemed against products purchased in the same currency as the Gift Certificate.
  • Where products purchased online with a BOB Gift Certificate are returned, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift Certificate only.
  • We are not responsible if a BOB Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
